Salon Services Policy:
1. Cancellation Policy: As courtesy to our stylists, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
If a client cancels or is a no show at the time of their appointment, we will charge the card on file the full cost of the service. If there is no card on file, the invoice for the cancelled or no showed appointment must be paid before booking any future services.
2. Return Policy: Any purchased retail items found to be defective or unsatisfactory may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days from date of purchase as shown on receipt.
3. Redo Policy: If a guest is not completely satisfied with the result of their service, they may request a redo of the same service with the same stylist at no additional cost, within 1 week of the original service date. Clients who decline returning to the same stylist for their redo may receive service from another employee, at no charge, within one week of the initial service. However, clients will be referred to Management , who will select a stylist based upon the situations needs.
4. Minor Policy: Any minor under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian present during the consultation before receiving any services at the salon.
5. Child Safety Policy- Gatzby Salon does not offer hair services for children under the age of 12 years. Well behaved children are welcome to sit in our lobby while their parent/guardian receives a hair service. However, the guardian of any disruptive children will be asked to take the child outside until they have calmed down out of respect for your stylist and other guests. Our clients with children must understand that the use of hot tools, sharp tools, and chemicals can be extremely dangerous to children.
